Uniform

Students are required to ARRIVE wearing their SYTS T-Shirt. T-shirt MUST be worn at all times when inside the school building.

Correct Dancewear must be worn for all dance classes. Teachers may not allow a student incorrectly dressed to take part in a dance class. No jewellery to be worn in any dance class.

GIRLS:

Black leotard with black dance tights or black all -in- one (SYTS T-Shirt may be worn over leotard)White socks / Black Jazz Shoes.

BOYS:

Black tracksuit bottoms and SYTS T-Shirt, Black socks/Black Jazz shoes.

For STREETDANCE, SYTS t-shirt, comfortable loose clothing (preferably tracksuits) and trainers...no jeans/tight trousers and no boots.

UNIFORM SHOP

Sylvia Young T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Tracksuits are available from Maria's Dancewear. Maria opens her shop on the school premises each Saturday and supplies all dancewear and shoes required. Dancewear is also available from Gandolfi's at 150 Marylebone Road NW1 as well as other suppliers.
